Christmas Tree Lane

The Henry T. Oxnard Historic District from the early 1900s has some real gems, like this home. You’ll find Craftsman, Spanish Colonial, and Period Revival styles. It’s listed on the National Register of Historic Places. And during the holidays, it transforms into “Christmas Tree Lane”.

  • Convenient Living: Located with easy access to the 101 freeway and major cities like Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles. Add in year-round perfect weather, and Oxnard is an ideal place to call home.

1. North Oxnard

North Oxnard? It’s not just a place to live. It’s where the Dallas Cowboys’ training camp is—if a multibillion-dollar franchise like the Cowboys loves it here, there’s gotta be a good reason.

Want to shop and eat? Head to The Collection Shopping Center—the go-to spot for all of coastal Ventura County. It’s got Whole Foods, big-name stores, and everything you could need.

And those golf course communities? Two 18-hole courses with epic mountain views. Plus, beaches are just minutes away. The best part? Perfect weather—60 to 80°F year-round. No scorching summers like other parts of California. You can golf, hit the beach, and stay active, all year long.
