I am a widow who lost our home and all belonging in the Woolsey wild fire, I am interested in a 2 bedroom home in a 55 and active community. I am not interested in an apartment. I need a small back yard if possible. It must be pet friendly I have a 8 yr old standard poodle. If you could send me price range for a home and monthly dues, that would be great. I would like a gated community that has a great social environment. Thank you, Barbara McCann
