We routinely track the fluctuating builders incentives and housing inventory. This can save you thousands and make it much easier to plan for your purchase.

Here are just some of the questions we can answer...........insurance, HOA,  layouts, inspection issues, lifestyle, school district info, neighborhood amenities, builder's warranty and upgrades.

We'll even provide answers to questions that you may not have thought of asking.

And we are available to QUICKLY answer your questions.......even after hours.

Our 5 star service is particulary helpful if the builder's office is busy, closed...or you have a packed day time schedule.....as we respond quickly even after hours.

From your initial walk through on site, all the way to closing and even after......we are there every step of the way to guide you.

When you work with us to buy a home, Comstock will pay us a referral fee.

We then pay you $5,000 of that referral fee at closing.

Also, Comstock (the builder) currently has their own range of incentives from $25k-$40k...........which you can use for example for upgrades or to buy down your interest rate.

All of our services and the extra $5,000 come at no extra cost to you.

HERE'S THE CATCH.... if we don’t meet on site in person, or register online together.......prior to your first visit to Heritage Grove.....then Comstock does NOT allow us to work together.....which means we can NOT chip in the $5,000 at closing.
